Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of YMEE Lab's website, applications, and creative services (the "Services"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you agree on its behalf.

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, to use the Services.

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis until cancelled, and renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date.
• Some features consume credits; credits and plan limits reset according to your plan and do not carry value outside the Services.
• Custom or hourly creative work is scoped and quoted separately before any work begins.
• Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. You can manage or cancel your plan from your account settings.

You agree not to misuse the Services. In particular, you will not:

• Violate any law or infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
• Upload content you do not have the rights to use, or generate content depicting real people without their consent.
• Create content that is unlawful, harmful, deceptive, hateful, or sexually exploitative, or that impersonates others.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Services or other accounts.
• Resell or redistribute the Services except as expressly permitted.

You retain ownership of the content you upload and, to the extent permitted by law, the outputs you generate. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your content solely to operate and improve the Services. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights necessary to your inputs and for how you use the outputs.

The Services, including software, models, design, and the YMEE Lab brand, are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

The Services may rely on or integrate with third-party providers and platforms. Your use of those services is subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for them.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content will be accurate, suitable, or non-infringing for your intended use.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YMEE Lab will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Services or other users. On termination, your right to use the Services ends, though certain provisions survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are material we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
