YMEE Lab — Legal

Privacy Policy

How YMEE Lab collects, uses, and protects your information.

Last updated June 21, 2026

Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how YMEE Lab ("we", "us") collects, uses, shares, and safeguards information when you use our website, applications, and creative services (together, the "Services"). By using the Services you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly, information generated as you use the Services, and limited information from third parties such as authentication and payment providers.

  • Account data — your name, email address, password, and workspace or team details.
  • Content — the prompts, images, references, and projects you create, upload, or generate.
  • Billing data — plan, transaction history, and limited payment metadata (card details are handled by our payment processor, not stored by us).
  • Usage data — device, browser, IP address, pages viewed, and feature interactions, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
  • Support data — messages you send us and the context needed to help you.

How we use information

  • To provide, maintain, and improve the Services and your generated results.
  • To authenticate you, manage your account, and process payments.
  • To respond to support requests and communicate about your account.
  • To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues.
  • To analyze usage so we can improve performance and develop new features.
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

AI-generated content

Content you create with the Services is processed by our own and third-party AI models to produce results for you. We do not use your private content to train foundation models without your consent. Inputs and outputs may be retained to operate the Services, provide history, and ensure safety and quality.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run the Services:

  • Service providers — hosting, storage, analytics, email delivery, and AI model providers that process data on our behalf under contract.
  • Your team — content and activity within a shared workspace is visible to its members according to their roles.
  • Legal and safety — when required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our users and the public.
  • Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

Data retention

We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You can delete your account at any time from your account settings, after which we delete or anonymize your data except where retention is legally required.

Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can exercise these rights from your account settings or by contacting us.

Security

We use technical and organizational measures — including encryption in transit, access controls, and least-privilege practices — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

The Services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can remove it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised policy.
